Echo Zhang is an ICF (International Coach Federation) Certified PCC (Professional Certified Coach), senior trainer and facilitator, and consultant with an educational background in Applied Psychology from Peking University.

For nearly 20 years, she has held senior learning and development roles in the healthcare industry where she focused on employee growth and leadership development.

Since beginning her coaching journey in 2017, Echo has been passionate about serving individuals and teams. Through continuous learning and accumulated coaching practice across diverse organizations and teams, she also supports public welfare organizations through coaching, and, psychological counseling.

Echo holds the following professional designations: Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC); Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC); Certified Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC); MBTI Certified Practitioner; and The Leadership Circle Certified Coach (LCPC) with the Collective Leadership Assessment Certificate (CLAC).
