Module Content:
Addressing the internal team dialogue
Enabling self-discover: Creating awareness and possibility
Building a team reflective practice
Enabling accountability and the designing of actions for moving forward
Supporting teams in identifying attaining of key milestones and celebrations
The sessions will focus on enhancing your understanding of the ICF Core Competencies and ethics with a focus on the skills required as a coach.
The program is led by faculty who are ICF PCC Assessors. They have a strong command of the ICF Core Competency requirements and an in-depth knowledge of the ICF Code of Ethics.
Mentor Coaching is the final step in preparation for the final assessment for the program certification.
Duration: 10 hours (group and one on one sessions) with a qualified PCC Assessor.

Intended Participants
This program is an advanced certification requiring coaches to have participated in a previous coach training program. Each student should ideally have a team (community or organization) with who they will be working during the program to help support their skill development and experience as a team coach.

We call this team coaching program ‘Principled’ for a specific reason. It is our goal that all organizations aspire to not only have successful and fulfilled teams, but, to do so in an ethical, equitable, respectful, and professional way. If you want your team to reach its greatest potential with a principled approach to everything you do, then, this course will assist you in reaching those socially responsible goals.
Our program will allow you to understand the skills required and a methodology to use when coaching teams. We will provide you with sufficient theoretical teachings without losing a focus on the practical.
