Chishan is a seasoned professional executive coach and facilitator. She is a Leadership Profile Circle certified coach and performs leadership assessments to executives and senior leaders using the LCP assessment tools. Typically, she works with executives, Junior and Senior managers, team leaders, and has worked with international clients in North America, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Australia. She has worked in professional services, banking, education, universities, the film industry, the arts, and training organizations.
Chishan’s style is described as insightful, creative, playful, and transformative. She specializes in working with executives and leaders to help them to be more self-aware and shift in perspectives.
Prior to becoming a trainer and coach, Chishan had experience as a manager in organizing, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and running the daily operations of large and established English learning centers. She was in charge of 2500+ clients, 50+ staff, and combined annual revenue of 7 million dollars.
She has coached and conducted training to Fortune 500 companies, multi-national companies, IT companies, pharmaceutical companies, state-owned companies, and automobile industries.
Chishan has a B.A. American Studies (Magna Cum Laude) from University of California at Berkeley and a M.F.A. Film Directing (Summa Cum Laude) University of California at Los Angeles. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a PCC credentialed ICF coach.
