Cindy Jensen is the Founder & CEO of INPOWER ONE and has more than 20 years of experience working with and for Fortune 500 companies.
Cindy brings extensive business experience to her client engagements, drawing on senior roles at PepsiCo Foods and TELUS Mobility in Canada and her work as an entrepreneur and advisor. Her corporate responsibilities spanned human resources, sales and marketing, multimillion-dollar client portfolios, and client integration following a major acquisition. This breadth informs her work across functions and industries, bringing an understanding of both commercial priorities and the organizational challenges her clients face.
Cindy has advised multinational companies from North America, Europe and Asia. Her clients span investment banking, professional services, automotive, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, consumer goods, oil and energy, and government. She has worked with leaders and teams from more than 20 countries, bringing cross-cultural experience and an understanding of different business contexts to her work.
INPOWER ONE holds four ICF accreditations: Level 1, Level 2, Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC), and Advanced Accreditation in Mentor Coaching (AAMC). The programs support the education and development of professional coaches pursuing coaching qualifications and ICF credentials.
Cindy serves as a Global Board Director for the ICF Coach Education Family Organization.
She is currently completing her Master of Science in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College London. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University, Canada, and an International MBA from Rutgers University, USA.
She is also a Corporate Strategy Advisor to Business for Better Society, a nonprofit focused on building partnerships for purposeful and sustainable impact, including support for female entrepreneurs. She is a former board director of Educating Girls in Rural China.
Cindy is a frequent speaker on leadership and coaching in a changing global landscape.
