Eike Westerholt

Eike Westerholt is an executive, leadership, and team coach, facilitator, and coach educator with more than 20 years of international business and leadership experience. Based in Beijing since 2014, she works with leaders and teams across China, APAC, Europe, and North America.

Her background includes a corporate career at Siemens in sales, project management, and controlling. Her coaching experience spans multinational organizations and NGOs, focusing on leadership effectiveness, stakeholder relationships, communication, team collaboration, and navigating change across cultures.

Her coaching approach is systemic, co-creative, pragmatic, and results-oriented. She combines empathy and intuition with constructive challenge, helping clients explore different perspectives, build on their strengths, and turn insights into practical action.

Eike is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Certified Coach (ORSCC), and a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC), and is certified in the Cultural Orientation Framework (COF).

She serves as faculty for INPOWER ONE’s Level 1, Level 2, AAMC and AATC ICF-accredited coaching programs. She is also a certified MCS-ACC and MCS-PCC Mentor Coach. Eike holds a degree in Business Administration and is a certified Industrial Business Management Assistant through the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
