Supriya is an accredited Life Coach, PCC, and Mentor Coach from ICF (International Coach Federation, USA) and NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner. She brings 14+ years of Human Resource experience with a focus on Organisation Design and Change Management. She is doing profound work in the area of Personal/ Leadership coaching and change management at both an Individual and organization Level. She has been appointed as Asia Pacific Ambassador, ICF Coaching Education Community.

 Supriya is a leadership coach for women leaders across Maharashtra, India in the field of women advocacy (Program by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation USA). She is honored with many awards like the Incredible Woman of India and Pride of Maharashtra award to value her work in the field of life coaching. Her clientele is based across the globe. She has trained 100+ ICF-certified Life Coach graduates, impacted 8000 lives,2000+ students, 14 corporates through her Life Coaching specialized programs. She also holds the role of Facilitator and Board of Studies member for Emotional Intelligence for various Business Schools. She is the author of "Being Me" and a regular contributor to a number of  Mental health Magazines.
